Score the potatoes by making diagonal slits along the inside pieces, without cutting all the way though. Turn the potatoes, and make diagonal slits the other way crossing over the first slices.
Mix together the butter with the parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and dried parsley together in a shallow dish that will fit in the air fryer basket.
Place the potatoes in the dish, score side down. Place a cube of butter on top of each potato.
Air fry 350 °F for 15 minutes.
Flip the potatoes, and add shredded parmesan cheese (to taste) to top of the potatoes.
Air fry for 5 minutes at 350 °F, or until potatoes are tender to your liking.

If you don’t have a dish that will fit in your air fryer, you can also use tin foil and line you air fryer basket with it.
