Instructions
Place the halved peppers in the air fryer basket.
Crack 1 egg into each pepper half.
Cook at 380 °F for 10-15 minutes, or until egg white is set and peppers are roasted to your liking.

Once the egg is cooked to your liking, open the air fryer and top it off with salt, pepper, and cheese and either continue to cook the stuffed pepper for 1-2 minutes for a broiled effect or just close the air fryer and let the remaining heat melt the cheese.
Remove and enjoy.
Notes
Cut the pepper in half (heightwise aka through the stem) try to keep the stem on and deseed (keeping the stem on will keep the egg from leaking out).
