Dice chicken breast and zucchini into bite size pieces.
Make the marinade by whisking together 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp dried oregano. Combine the marinade with the chicken and zucchini and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
Place in air fryer basket. Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Cook at 380 °F for 10 minutes. Chicken will be done once it reaches internal temp of 165F165 °F.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and place the basket back inside the warm air fryer to let to cheese melt, but do not turn the air fryer on.
