Baby potatoes

Bell peppers
seeded and sliced

Flank steak
about 2lbs or so

Freshly chopped, to taste
Instructions
Chop the baby potatoes into bite sized pieces if needed.
Place in the air fryer basket, spray with some oil. Cook for 10 minutes at
380
°F
.
While the potatoes are cooking, slice the bell peppers and onions. Toss with about ½ tbsp oil and paprika and garlic salt.
Slice the flank steak into bite sized pieces. Season with season salt.
Add the steak, bell peppers, and onions to the air fryer basket.
Bump up the heat to
400
°F
, and cook for at least 6 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the steak is cooked through to your liking.
Notes
Note that this does make a good amount of food, if you have a smaller air fryer, you may want to cook half of the amount at a time.
