Cook the chicken breast on the stove top, instant pot, air fryer, or oven. You will need to cook the chicken then shred or chop it.
Preheat the air fryer at 400 °F for 5 minutes.
Add BBQ sauce to taste to the shredded chicken.
Layer the naan with BBQ sauce, cheese, chicken and red onions.
Place the pizza in the air fryer basket and cook for 3-5 minutes at 380 °F, or until the cheese is melted to your liking.
Remove from the basket, top with cilantro, and enjoy!
Optional- you can use pizza sauce as your base sauce with or instead of the BBQ sauce.
Notes
The naan I get from the store normally comes in packs of 2. This recipe is great for one. You can store the naan bread in the fridge and make this recipe again for later. I like to heat up the naan bread while the air fryer preheats. Just place it in the air fryer basket for 2-3 minutes during the preheating.
