In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, Sriracha, and pepper, to taste.
Place salmon onto the air fryer basket lined with foil. Fold up all 4 sides of the foil. Spoon the honey mixture over the salmon. Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, covering completely and sealing the packet closed.
Cook at 380 °F for 8 minutes, or until the salmon is almost at 145 °F (thinner salmon will be ready sooner, thicker salmon will take more time).
Open the foil packet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to caramelize the top, or until the internal temperature of the salmon reaches 145˚F/62.8˚C or flakes easily.
Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
