Melt 2 tbsp of butter in an air fryer silicone pot for 2 min at 350 °F.
Add the mushrooms and mix it into the butter. Cube about another tbsp of butter and place it on top of the mushrooms.
Air fry for additional 4 min at 350 °F.
Mix in italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Air fry for 3 more minutes.
Add soy sauce and garlic. Air fry for additional 4 minutes or until the mushrooms are sauteed and camelized to your liking.
Notes
If you don't want your mushrooms to be so juicy, after cooking the mushrooms in the soy sauce and garlic, you can bump up the heat to 400 and cook for an additional 2 or 3 minutes.
