Whisk together the eggs with the milk. Cook the eggs on the stovetop. You basically want 2 big chunks of scrambled eggs that are about the size of your English muffins or bread.
Air fry the sausage strips. Place the sausage strips in the air fryer basket and cook at 400 °F for 5-7 minutes. Cut into bite pieces the size of your bread or english muffin.
Assemble the sandwich. Place one piece of bread or English muffin, egg patty, 2-3 sausage pieces, 1 slice of cheese, then the second slice of bread or English muffin.
Butter both sides of the outside of the sandwich if using bread (or spray with oil).
Place the sandwiches in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
Air fry for 4 minutes at 360 °F.
Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes or so, or until the cheese is melted and bread or English muffins are toasted to liking.
Enjoy!
