Mix together the honey, Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons of the Ranch Dressing Mix, and 1 tablespoon of avocao oil.
Combine the chicken and marinade together and let it marinade for 30 minutes to 2 hours, if desired.
Meanwhile, chop 1 pound potatoes in bite sized pieces, along with the zucchini (or a different veggie of choice) and onion. Stir in 1 tablespoon avocado oil then season with 1 tablespoon of Ranch Dressing mix. Season with a 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
Cook the potatoes and veggies first at 350˚F/175°C for 10-15 minutes or until nearly cooked through. Then, top the veggies with the chicken and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes or until chicken is cooked to an internal temp of 165˚F/74°C.
