fresh pineapple
cut into bite sized pieces

mango
cut into bite sized pieces

apricot chunks
cut into bite sized pieces
Glaze

brown sugar
½
cup
orange juice

teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Cut the fruit into bite sized pieces.
Mix together the brown sugar, orange juice, and cinnamon until well combined.
Add the glaze to the fruit, coating thoroughly.
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F/198°C for 5 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket. Add the fruit to the basket, and cook for 4 minutes.
Give the fruit a stir. If you want it to be cooked longer, cook for an additional 4 minutes and spritz with oil if desired.
Carefully remove from the air fryer basket and enjoy!
Optional: top with coconut or chopped nuts.
Notes
Almost any fruit but melons will work. Use approximately 1 cup of each.
