Preheat oven to 425°F/210°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Roll puff pastry dough in 10-inch square. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper over the dough. Press with a rolling pin to help the cheese adhere to the dough. Cut the dough into thirteen 3/4-inch wide strips. Twist each strip several times and place on the prepared baking sheet.
