Grate boiled potatoes, including as much potato skin as desired.
Mix in salt, pepper, or seasonings of choice. (These tater tots are full of potato flavor and really don't need much seasoning. You could omit the seasonings and/or salt, if desired).
Spray bottom of air fryer with avocado oil.
Spray hands with avocado oil and quickly roll about 2 tablespoons of potato mixture between your hands into small ovals - they will be sticky.
Place tater tots into air fryer spaced ½ inch apart.
Lightly spray the tater tots again.
Bake at 370°F/185°C for 14 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
