sliced almonds

virgin coconut oil

honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F/160°C. Line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together the oats, almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds, and flax seed.
Melt the virgin coconut oil and whisk in the honey, until combined. Then remove from heat and pour over the oat mixture; stir to coat.
Pour the granola mixture onto the prepared pan and spread into an even layer.
Bake for about 15 minutes, then stir and bake for another 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the granola cool. Store in an airtight container.
