Can anyone share their opinion of this product? I read some pros and cons but I would really like to know if your kids use it and if they seem to learn from it.

      Hi Michelle,
We purchased the Tag Junior about 2 years ago when our older son was 2 and he loved it! We purchased a bundle similar to this at Costco and I’d recommend it, the case is nice to have for the reader and books, and from what I remember, this is a great deal as far as price. The reader is easy for little hands to handle and the books are durable. I wouldn’t say that it necessarily teaches them to read, I think the original Tag does that better if you purchase the phonics books, but those are intended for older kids. The Junior is more of a fun activity for the little ones, you can do it together and then let them do it on their own afterwards. Our older son was into books and puzzles around 2 and he’d play with it daily. Our younger one is very different, more of an active guy and he doesn’t spend too much time with it, he’ll rather jump from the coffee table to the sofa… ;o)
Overall, I recommend it, we’ve enjoyed it!

This is a really great deal. I think this toy is hit or miss though…

I bought this for my 2 year old and he didn’t ever play with it. He is so active that he just wouldn’t take the time to sit still. I ended up selling the whole thing on ebay for $40.
