Stick of Butter Rice

Oh man, this recipe for a side dish is simply sinful!  But oh so delicious!!  Everyone loved it…there were NO leftovers!!  This really was as good as the original recipe claims.  Though, since it was a side dish, I wasn’t too turned off by there being a WHOLE stick of butter in it!!  Sometimes you have to sacrifice some of your daily fat intake for some yummy flavor.  We ate this rice with a lean pork loin and a nice salad, so no one felt too guilty for eating it!  Next time though, I bet you could use half a stick of butter and it would still be tasty, with a little bit less guilt!

Serves 4-6 for about $0.60/serving
