Turkey Veggie Burger Recipe

Mix things up with some turkey! These burgers are super quick and easy to make, plus a great way to sneak in some veggies!

To make this TERRAfit-friendly, serve with a whole grain bun or eat it without a bun!

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste
  • cheese slices (optional)


  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into 4-6 patties. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the center is no longer pink. Add cheese slices 1-2 minutes before they are done so it has time to melt. Serve hot with your favorite burger fixin's!
