Turkey Veggie Burger Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- ¾ cup red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup green onions chopped
- garlic powder salt & pepper to taste
- cheese slices optional
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and form into 4-6 patties. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the center is no longer pink. Add cheese slices 1-2 minutes before they are done so it has time to melt. Serve hot with your favorite burger fixin's!
