This Homemade Creamy Pesto Dressing would be a delicious addition to your next BBQ or potluck!

Make this Old Spaghetti Factory Creamy Pesto Dressing Recipe at home in under 5 minutes. It tastes just like the Dressing at the Old Spaghetti Factory, but with a thicker consistency.

Old Spaghetti Factory Creamy Pesto Dressing Recipe

One of our fab readers asked us to find a good Creamy Pesto Dressing Copycat Recipe from the Old Spaghetti Factory.  I love their Creamy Pesto Dressing so I was happy to take on the task.  I tried 3 similar variations of the recipe below.  Two of them did not use pesto and one did.  So after combining them, this is what I came up with that tasted the closest to the Old Spaghetti Factory (at least to me).  If you are not a fan of pesto or don’t have any on hand this dressing is still delicious without it!

You can make this in under 5 minutes and use it and it tastes great but for the best flavor I would let it sit for at least an hour before using it.  The flavor improves as it marinates together.  Then use it over a simple salad or as a dip!  Great for your next BBQ and tastes way better than anything you can buy in a bottle!  A simple salad with this dressing would be an easy dish to bring to your next BBQ or potluck!
