Ingredients
- 2 oz. Carrots
- 2 oz. Celery
- 2 oz. Onions
- 2 oz. Bean sprouts
- 5 oz. Chow Mein Noodles
- 1 oz. Thai Peanut Sauce
Thai Peanut Sauce:
- 1 1/2 pounds Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Sesame oil
- 1/2 cup Garlic Chili paste
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/8 cup Sesame seeds
- 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1/2 ounce Ginger
Instructions
- Saute all vegetables together with a little bit of sesame oil.
- Add noodles and continue to sauté a little longer.
- Finish off by adding the Thai Peanut Sauce and tossing together well.
Thai Peanut Sauce:
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
- Use as a dipping sauce or stir-fry sauce.
