Tater Tot Casserole
Did you buy 93% ground beef for $1.99/lb at Fred Meyer last week? How about some FREE Cream of Chicken soup at Albertsons starting today? Here’s a recipe to use them both!
1 ½ lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup
about 3 c. Cheddar Cheese
1. Brown the beef.
2. In a microwaveable bowl, mix 1 1/2 cans of soup and fill the empty can 1/3 full of milk. Mix the milk, soup, and 2 handfuls of shredded cheese. Microwave about 2 min. and stir.
3. Pour hamburger in a pan and put soup mixture over the top. Mix together.
4. Pour a layer and a half of tater tots on top and cook at 400 for 30 min. Remove and sprinkle the top with shredded cheese. Return to oven for about 5 min., or until cheese is melted.
My kids will hardly ever eat ground beef, but they love this!
