- 2 Cups spinach
- 2 Cups Romiane Lettuce
- 1 Cup sliced strawberries
- 1/3 Cup Feta Cheese
- 1/4 Cup candied pecans (Try my candied nuts recipe)
- 1 Tablespoon unsweetened coconut (I buy mine from Vitacost)
- 1/ 2 Cup poppy seed dressing (I have an easy homemade poppy seed dressing recipe)
- In a large bowl combine spinach leaves, romaine, berries, nuts, feta and coconut. Serve with a poppy seed dressing or vinaigrette.
