Slow Cooked BBQ Ribs Recipe

bbq ribs

This is how I like to cook ribs. My mom makes them from this recipe and I have always loved them, so I’ve just stuck with it. (I’m not sure where she got the recipe from though.) The ribs come out so moist and tender, they just fall apart. Mmm. I need to make these next week! I often just use ground ginger (although fresh ginger would be better) and dried parsley and basil, which I already keep in my pantry. I find the boneless ribs for under $1.59/lb every once in a while, so I buy them at a good price and freeze them for the next time I want to eat delicious ribs. Or I prep the meat and sauce right after I purchase it and then freeze it to be cooked later!
