Rosemary Potatoes
This is an easy side to make, and goes great with almost any steak or chicken dish.
Ingredients:
Red or regular potatoes (I like red better, but either is fine)
Rosemary
Olive Oil
Salt
Cut potatoes into slices or cubes and cover them with olive oil. Shake rosemary and a little bit of salt onto them. Â Bake on 350 until soft, adding a little additional oil as needed to keep them from burning. Â You can also cook them in a skillet until soft.
