Pizza Pasta Salad
I needed to make a pasta salad for a BBQ last week but wanted to try something a little different so a made a pizza style version! It’s quick and easy but you can also change up the ingredients and proportions to your liking and it’ll still taste great!

Pizza Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 24 ounces tri-color rotini
- 6 ounce can black olives cut in half or sliced
- 8 ounces mozzarella chese cubed
- 3-4 ounces sliced pepperoni cut into quarters
- 2-3 cups cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 14 ounce bottle Italian Dressing I like Bernstein's Cheese & Garlic Italian Dressing
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to box directions. Meanwhile you can prep the other ingredients. When pasta is done, drain, rinse with cold water then transfer to large mixing bowl. Add in all remaining ingredients and toss throughly to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving to chill and let flavors combine.
