If you are looking for a colorful and yummy Holiday cookie for a Christmas cookie plate, party or cookie exchange then this is not only colorful but also easy to make!

Peppermint Kiss cookies

I absolutely love these festive Peppermint Kiss Cookies! If you like peppermint you will really enjoy this Peppermint Kiss Cookie recipe.  It is quick and easy and the perfect treat to whip up for a party or plate of goodies.  This cookie is a nice shortbread type cookie.   Peppermint seems to be the flavor of the holidays and this recipe has a light flavor without the extract if you prefer a more minty tast then add the Peppermint extract in this recipe.  Then the festive touch comes with the Hershey’s Peppermint Kiss on the top of the cookie.  This adds a bit of color and Christmas to the cookie.   This time of year you can pick up  Hershey’s Kisses with a sale and coupon to make these for even less. So, if you are looking for a yummy and unique cookie to share at the office or with family and friends consider making these Peppermint Kiss Cookies. They are not only adorable but tasty too!
