Matt’s Mashed Potatoes
We had dinner last night with a few friends, and one of the dishes was these Mashed Potatoes! They are SO amazing!!
- Clean, cube, and boil 10-12 potatoes (we left the skins on).
- Instead of adding milk and butter to the potatoes, add three personal sized containers of plain Greek yogurt (seasoned with black pepper).
- Blend well. You may need to add just a splash of milk to get them to the consistency you like..
I know it sounds weird. I thought he was nuts! But he’s not nuts, he’s brilliant!! These are the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever eaten (just don’t tell my mom)!!!
