The girl pictured below claims to hate all vegetables.   So when she loved the Strawberry Spinach smoothie I made, then I knew I had perfected it.   I think one reason it tasted so great was because of a secret ingredient…

Strawberry Spinach Recipe 2

I’ve always been a french vanilla creamer lover.  I love it in my hot cocoa, oatmeal, and smoothies.  I just discovered that International Delight has a Sweet Cream flavor, inspired by Cold Stone Creamery’s Sweet Cream ice cream.  YUM!  International Delight provided me with a coupon to pick up a free creamer, so that’s what I got.  I have to tell you that it was a delicious addition to the strawberry spinach smoothie I made for my kids after school snack.

Kid Friendly Strawberry Spinach Smoothie Recipe {Video}

Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 0 minutes
Yield: 3.5 cups | Serves: 2

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 3/4 cup International Delight Sweet Cream coffee creamer
  • 2 handfuls of spinach (I didn't have enough to do this much in the video, but that is what I usually do).
  • 10-15 frozen strawberries (you can do fresh, but then you'd want to add some ice to make your smoothie cold).
  • Juice from 1 lime

  1. Blend as long as your little heart desires.
  2. I like to blend it long enough to hide the spinach.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Ingredients: Lime, Spinach
