This delicious KFC Coleslaw Copycat Recipe is the perfect side dish for BBQ and easy enough to bring to pot lucks or picnics!

One of my favorite things at KFC is their Coleslaw.  Their coleslaw is one of the best tasting out there in my opinion.  A little bit tangy, a little bit sweet.  This recipe is so close to the real thing that you won’t even be able to tell the difference!  Coleslaw adds just a bit of crunchy and is the perfect addition to almost any sandwich, pulled pork or as a side dish!   You could even eat it alone it’s so good!

Remember, this is one dish that gets better as you allow it to sit in the refrigerator (at least 2 hours).  When this is fresh there is a heavy cabbage flavor but the longer it sits it soaks up the other flavors from the dressing and makes it taste just like KFC.  Make it early in the day and it will be perfect in time for dinner!  This Coleslaw recipe is definitely a crowd pleaser, I have taken it to many pot luck events and it is always one of the first items gone.
