Key Lime Pie
Do you still have graham crackers from the summer s’mores deals? Use them and some of the free cool whip from Albertson’s a few weeks ago to make this yummy treat!
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 (14 ounce) cans of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup key lime juice or regular lime juice
Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into a 9 inch pan and bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Then let cool. Mix together the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and eggs. Then fill the pie shell. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes. Once cooled refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. Top with whip cream.
