Ideas for How to Use Your Boiled Easter Eggs {Recipes}

I hardly ever boil eggs. In fact, I can’t even remember a time that I have done it before this week. But I decided it would be fun for my little guys to dye eggs for Easter this year. So, I boiled some up and tried to figure out what I would do with the eggs afterward. Eating a few plain hard-boiled eggs is ok with me, but I’m sure I wouldn’t make it through a dozen very quickly. I’m not an egg salad or deviled egg fan either, so I started searching for a variety of options and would like to share some of these findings with you all! Do you have a favorite way to use your Easter eggs?

Peel and cut the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Lightly spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Place the eggs in the muffin tin. Sprinkle the tops of the eggs with finely grated cheddar cheese. Then sprinkle with bread crumbs, or panko, and kosher salt. Feel free to sprinkle on some bacon bits too! Bake at 350 in the oven until cheese melts and bread crumbs are toasted.
