Homemade Pizza
Make your own pizza dough for homemade pizza.
We love to make homemade pizza. I got this pizza dough recipe from my mom years ago. I taught my husband how to make it when we were first married. I really should teach him more recipes. 🙂 Because when it is time to make pizza he is willing to make the pizza dough. He does a great job and it is nice to have his help in the kitchen.

You don’t need fancy ingredients to make a fabulous homemade pizza!
I like to mix my pizza dough in my Bosch mixer or a Kitchen Aid.
You can certainly mix it by hand, but it is MUCH easier in a mixer.
Yum yum yum! There’s nothing quite as tasty as homemade pizza!!

Does this recipe make just 1 crust? What size? It looks so yummy. I am totally going to try it!
It is good for one crust. I bake it on a 15 inch pan, but you could certainly roll it out to fit a 16 inch if needed.
I take it its 1 1/4 CUPS water? 🙂
Yes. 🙂
Do you not need to let the dough rise? You don’t mention letting the dough rise from the yeast.
You can… but we never do. 🙂
