Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together well. Store in an airtight container.
- To make soup: Stir together 5 tablespoons of this mix and 4 cups water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
- To make onion dip: Combine 5 tablespoons of this mix with 16 ounces sour cream.
