Heath Toffee Bits Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup HEATH BITS 'O BRICKLE Toffee Bits
  • 1 cup HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl until well blended.
  4. Add eggs; blend well.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
  6. Stir in toffee bits (reserving 1/2 cup for garnish on the top) and chocolate chips.
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Sprinkle a few bits of toffee sprinkles on top of hot cookies.
  10. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
  11. Cool completely.
