This is the best zucchini bread recipe. I think it is fabulous not only because it is delicious but because it was passed down from my great-grandma to my grandma to me! I love my grandmothers cooking. She is wonderful at cooking from scratch and using ingredients from her garden!
In large bowl beat first five ingredients.
1 C Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
1 C Vegetable Oil
1 T Vanilla
Stir in next five ingredients.
3 C Flour
1 T Cinnamon
1 t Salt
1 t Baking Soda
¼ t Baking Powder
Blend in last three ingredients.
2 C Zucchini raw and shredded
½ C nuts {optional}
½ C Chocolate Chips {optional} These are going to start going on sale again soon! yay!
Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans.
Bake at 325° for 50-6o minutes.
