Filled Breakfast Crepes…Oui Oui
Forget about oatmeal or cold cereal for breakfast… Have you ever made crepes? They’re super easy!
In a blender combine 6 eggs, 1 heaping cup of flour, 1 1/2 cups of milk and a pinch of salt and blend for about 30 seconds or until combined.
I prefer to make crepes with one of these but you could also use a standard frying pan if you don’t have one. Be sure and make a whole stack of crepes… they tend to go fast.
Using some seasonal fruit or bananas if you’re a penny pincher like me 🙂 fill the center of your crepe.
Filled Breakfast Crepes
1 Heaping Cup of Flour
1 1/2 Cups of Milk
Pinch of salt
Blend together in a mixer and pour a thin layer of batter into a frying pan or use according to the directions of your Crepe Maker.
