Filled Breakfast Crepes…Oui Oui

Forget about oatmeal or cold cereal for breakfast… Have you ever made crepes?  They’re super easy!

In a blender combine 6 eggs, 1 heaping cup of flour, 1 1/2 cups of milk and a pinch of salt and blend for about 30 seconds or until combined.

I prefer to make crepes with one of these but you could also use a standard frying pan if you don’t have one.  Be sure and make a whole stack of crepes… they tend to go fast.

Using some seasonal fruit or bananas if you’re a penny pincher like me 🙂  fill the center of your crepe.

Add a little fresh whip cream or Cool Whip…

Fold…

Drizzle with your favorite pancake syrup…

Add a sprinkle or two of powered sugar and one more dollop of whip cream… and breakfast is served!
