Crockpot Creamy Chicken and Bacon Pasta

Creamy Chicken and Bacon over Pasta is delish! The is a simple meal that can practically make itself in your crock pot while you are busy doing other stuff. 🙂 I like to make meals with items I already have in my pantry from couponing.

To make this meal go look in your pantry for the following ingredients. 
Hopefully you have all of these items in your pantry or freezer like I do:


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts { Try Zaycon for a deal on Chicken}
6 strips of bacon cooked and cut (Could use dried bacon or omit, but fresh is the yummiest)
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing or seasoning mix
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream {Sour Cream Coupons}
1 teaspoon garlic powder

To Prepare:

Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place chicken inside on low heat. Cover.
Cook bacon to desired crispiness and cut into bite size pieces.
Mix together sour cream, cream soup, Ranch packet, garlic powder, and bacon.
Spread mixture over chicken, cover and slow cook on low for 4 hours, or until chicken reaches a tender shredding consistency. Shred chicken to preferred size. Prepare noodles and serve creamy chicken on top of noodles or on top of rice.
