- 1 prepared graham cracker crust (I’ve also seen this prepared on a chocolate crust)
- 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 21 oz can cherry pie filling, chilled
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Spoon in crust and chill 2 to 3 hours.
- Top with pie filling.
