  • We like turkey lasagne, or turkey enchiladas!

  • We always make shepherds pie with all of the leftovers. Put the turkey in the bottom, cover with stufffing, sweet potatoes, peas, whatever leftovers you have. Then dump the gravy on it and cover with potatoes. My kids love it and I always make it when we have any kind of chicken or roast leftovers.

  • Mmmmm…..Turkey pot pie is our favorite leftover meal! Super easy too…just use a refrigerated pie crust, add turkey, leftover green bean casserole, some frozen veggies, gravy & top it with leftover stuffing, bake for 30 mins or so at 375….yummy & quick. 🙂

  • We always have turkey & sausage gumbo after Thanksgiving – I think my husband looks forward to that meal more than Thanksgiving. I can give you the super easy recipe if you want it – 4 ingredients and barely watching it – perfect meal for warming you up and cooking itself while you put up the Christmas tree!
