Cinnamon Syrup

If you are craving a cinnamon roll, here’s a knock-off recipe from Kneader’s Bakery.  You can serve Cinnamon Syrup on almost any pancake, french toast, or waffles with a scoop of ice cream!   I like to make it and top pancakes made with Healthy Whole Grain Pancake Mix Recipe.

Cinnamon Syrup


  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk


  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, water and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in evaporated milk. Serve immediately.
