Chipotle Cheeseburgers Recipe

5 / 5 (1 review) No Comments

Heat up a casual burger with these zippy Chipotle Cheeseburgers. If you are not a big fan of beef you can substitute ground turkey for the beef and use your favorite sliced cheese.

chipotle Cheeseburger

If you like spicy food I would suggest doubling the amount of chipotle you put in these burgers and consider using pepper jack cheese.  I thought these burgers were very flavorful and moist but not overpowering.  They definitely added a kick that provides a twist to the regular burger.

You could make up a few of these burgers and shape them into patties.  Store them in a ziploc bag and freeze them for a quick dinner on another day. Just thraw and cook according to the instructions.

To make this TERRAfit-friendly, serve with a whole grain bun or eat it without a bun!
