Ingredients
- 1 frozen peeled and sliced banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any other kind of milk)
- 2 to 3 cups baby spinach (more or less is up to you)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. If too thick, add more almond milk.
Notes
It is best to use a ripe banana with brown flecks on the peel. Peel and slice your bananas before freezing them.
Try using different greens, adding 1 cup berries or fruit, protein powder, flax, chia, or whatever your heart desires!
