Beef Stroganoff

This recipe is just the way we like it: simple!  It only takes six ingredients!

1 lb. stew meat (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can water (fill the soup can once it’s been emptied)
1/2 pint sour cream
Noodles of your choice  (I like bow tie noodles with this)

Combine stew meat, cream of mushroom soup, Lipton onion soup mix, and 1 can of water.  Bake at 275 for 4 hrs., or in a crock pot on low for about 6 hrs.  A half hour before serving, stir in a 1/2 pint of sour cream.  Serve over cooked noodles.
