Baked Cinnamon Chips Recipe




6-8 Flour Tortillas, Small/Taco Size
1 Tbs. Butter
3/4 Cup Sugar
4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

You will also need…

a baking sheet
a basting brush
knife or pizza cutter
2 small bowls
and a cutting board


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

In small bowl, melt butter in microwave 30 seconds and set aside. In another small bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar. Set aside. Lightly brush both sides of a tortilla with the melted butter and place on a cutting board. Using your hand or a shaker, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut into 6-8 wedge pieces. Place on an ungreased or parchment lined baking sheet cinnamon side up if you only sprinkled one side, or if you’re like me and decided to sprinkle BOTH sides, it doesn’t matter 🙂 Repeat for all tortillas. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack. Let cool, enjoy!

Warning! These are SUPER addicting! I made a large batch of these and could NOT believe how quickly they were gone! We just ate them plain at our house but I’m thinking they would be a great compliment to a bowl of vanilla ice cream or fruit dip!

Or maybe even topped with some of this…. *yuuuum!*
