Ingredients
Bread
- 12 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls (or any pre-made frozen dough), dough thawed to room temperature
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ stick of butter, melted
Glaze
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 Tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, melt a half stick of butter.
- In an oven safe pan that fits in your air fryer, lightly brush inside of pan with melted butter.
- Once your rolls are thawed out to room temperature, cut them in half and roll each piece in butter, then dip into the sugar mixture, and place into pan. Repeat!
- Once all your rolls are placed into the pan, pour any remaining butter and sugar on top.
- Let rolls rise for 30 minutes in a preheated air fryer that is OFF, until rolls have risen, just to the top of the pan.
- Carefully cover rolls with foil to prevent the top from burning and bake at 340˚F/171˚C for 10-20 minutes. You will know bread is cooked when an instant read thermometer reads about 180˚F/82˚C.
- While baking, make glaze by whisking powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until slightly runny.
- Remove foil and bake for 1-3 more minutes to lightly brown the top. Carefully remove pan from oven (with oven mitts).
- Let cool for just a minute and invert a plate and turn the pan over onto plate.
- Add glaze and enjoy.
Notes
Since wattage and air fryers differ slightly, you’ll want to keep an eye on the bread. Using an instant read thermometer is a great way to make sure your bread is cooked through!
