For these ones, just put your Instant Pot on Poultry, put everything in that you would put in the slow cooker or pot, and set to poultry!

Beef and Pork:

Follow the instructions, but set your instant pot to Stew


  • How to Make Spaghetti Squash – Cut them in half, scoop out the seeds, and do high pressure on your manual setting for 7 minutes!
  • Chicken Taco Meat – Put 1-2 lbs chicken in instant pot, set on poultry, drain and shred (I use my hand mixer, so I just have to wash the beaters) when done, add 1/2 cup water and taco seasoning, and warm for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
