Planning With The Fabs {Amber’s Weekly Menu}

All I need this week for my entire dinner menu is a bunch of produce!! Sweet!

Dinner Meal Plan

Wednesday: Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti w/garden salad
Freezer: Zaycon beef, pasta sauce (made a bunch of homemade sauce & froze it awhile back)
Fridge: Lettuce, tomatoes
Pantry: salad dressing
Shopping list: cucumbers, green peppers, spaghetti squash

Thursday: Balsamic Mustard Chicken, pesto mashed potatoes (I add pesto to my mashed potatoes and it is delish!) and green beans
Freezer: Zaycon chicken
Fridge: Pesto
Pantry: Vinegar, mustard, garlic cloves, potatoes, canned green beans
Shopping list: NOTHING!

Friday: Crunchy Seafood Pop-ems (coat cubed firm, white fish w/ fat-free mayo & salt/pepper, roll in crushed Rice Krispies & bake 20 min on 400) and steamed broccoli/zucchini/peppers.
Freezer: Cod
Pantry: Rice Krispies, salt, pepper, Fat-free mayo, ketchup
Shopping List: Produce to steam

Saturday: Date Night

Sunday: Sausage Hash and eggs
Freezer: Sausage Hash freezer meal
Fridge: Eggs
Shopping list: NOTHING!

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Rotel Crockpot Chicken Salad (I’m putting the chicken in a salad for me instead of tortillas, but my kiddos are eating it according to the recipe)
Freezer: Zaycon chicken, corn tortillas, sour cream
Pantry: Taco seasoning, black beans, Rotel, chicken broth
Shopping List: Avocados, tomatoes, lettuce

    Is there a reason you’re reducing your dairy and grain intake? I have tried to do this myself but didn’t do so well 🙂
