Last Easter I made these festive by pressing an indention in the center and putting a few small jelly beans inside to make it look like a nest.

Everyone in our family loves these cookies. They have actually become the standard by which all others are compared. I make them for every family gathering, and they are always what the kids eat first! When I take them to church fellowships, there is never any left! A sure winner for all ages.
Tip: make sure to boil the chocolate mixture for exactly one minute. I have over cooked it before by just a few seconds, and the cookies crumbled. Begin your timing when the top of the mixture is coverd with bubbles and it will be fine!
