Money Saving Tips: Hunt Down the Sale Rack
When clothes shopping, hunt down the sale rack first. Make sure the sale price is actually cheap. Don’t just buy something because it’s on sale. Most retailers have “a sale” going all the time, but that does not mean they are offering you a good price. Many stores mark clothing way up just so you think you are getting a good deal when they offer a sale.
Set your price points before you shop. Decide how much you are willing to pay for a shirt or pants or a dress. If it does not meet that requirement do not buy it!
Consider quality. Sometimes it is worth paying more for an item of clothing that is well made and will last a long time. On the other hand some cheap clothes that only last one wash may not be worth it.
Look for the bargains, but buy clothes that you will wear. Make sure you REALLY like it before purchasing. Otherwise it will be a waste of money sit in your closet and collect dust.
