Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce
This is a Hot Fudge Sauce that you cook in your MICROWAVE! Seriously. I had ALL the ingredients in my pantry, and it was ready in less than 5 minutes! I’ve been enjoying it on vanilla Ice Cream.
So easy, so fast, and SUPER GOOD!!! I just had to share with you. Cathy originally shared this microwave hot fudge recipe in 2009, so I thought it would be fun to take some new pictures and share it again. Cathy loves this recipe so much that recently she had her sister bring hot fudge to a party and she sent her a link to this chocolate sauce recipe and insisted that she make this and nothing else if she was bringing hot fudge.
You only need 6 simple ingredients to make this Chocolate Sauce.
Combine milk chocolate chips, corn syrup, butter in a 4-cup glass dish and microwave for 1 minute. Stir well.
Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, salt.
Blend well and microwave until bubbly (about 1 minute). Stir and serve over ice cream. Refrigerate remaining sauce in an air-tight container. Will keep for several weeks.
I like to make hot chocolate with any left over hot fudge sauce by adding it to milk and warming it in the microwave. Yummy.
