Lifestyles Of The Fabulessly Frugal…

One of the best things about learning how to use a coupon… Is paying it forward via your stockpile… For instance…

When the PTA lady from your child’s school calls and asks if you’d be willing to bake a few cupcakes for the  drama department fundraiser… So they can sell snacks during intermission at the next school play… Say sure thing PTA lady… not a problem… I’ve got plenty of cake mix in my stockpile from last Thanksgivings cake mix sale at Albertsons…  How many do  you need?

And that my FruGALS… is just another way you can pay it forward with your mad coupon clipping skills.

Now Go Forth And Clip

I’m sure cupcakes (especially delicious looking ones like those) ship well. I’m just sayin’.

I love the Charity Garage sale that the Fabulessly Frugal girls put on every year in July. I am always so touched by it. I was just thinking about it the other day and getting excited about it coming up in a few month. I can’t wait to help.

Mavis, I really enjoy your fun posts. You are so creative. Keep it up.

last year my daughters principle was talking about their christmas bazar and was tellin a story about how the very first one her and her mom made 700 cookies…so I was like 700?? we can do that we will do 1000!! so I baked for 3 days straight solely off of coupon items with the exception of eggs and cute snow flake celo bags that were 12.00…we made 500 bags of cookies with 4 big cookies in each bag ( 2000) and then I hand painted pretzel sticks with white chocolate they were so cute ( 200 of those) and then we made 300 super cute cupcakes with fancy red striped cups ( free from couponing too) they lady running the bazar was so excited when we started showing up with all this cuz when you tell someone you are bringing 1000 packaged treats it is hard to picture how much that actually is! the bazar made 3 times what they had ever made It felt good to help and cost me when it was all said and done about 20 bucks!! yay couponing!!
