I thought the batteries fell in a catagory other than grocery/drugstore and therefore would not double. Confirmation?

Kmart told me about a year ago that batteries were considered “hardware” and the coupons would not double. However readers have said that the double just fine since then, so it may be a YMMV. Sadly, readers have also reported that the points on the batteries are not working. I am going to try this deal tomorrow, I will let you know.

Good news the batteries coupons doubled perfectly! I am not sure on the points because I ended up with 15,000 worth of points and I know what triggered $10, but not sure on the other $5. (It doesn’t itemize on the receipt).

Does anyone know if Zyrtec is considered a P&G Brand?

  • Dani

Sorry if this is a repost, it looks like my original comment didn’t post like I thought it had. Does anyone know if Zyrtec is part of the P&G promotional? Thanks in advance.

    • Dawn

Zyrtec is not a P&G product, bummer. Pretty much any product in the P&G insert works for the catalina though, the only exception is Downy Wrinkle Release.

Do you know if Kmart allows you to use a B1G1 free coupon with another coupon? I saw that next week Kmart is going to have Garnier Fructis products 3/$10 and there’s going to be a B1G1 free coupon in tomorrow’s RP. I thought about a deal where I bought 6 and used 3 B1G1 coupons and 3 $1/1 coupons.

It seems to be a YMMV situation. It has worked for me in the past, but a lot of readers have had issues. For best results make sure B1G1 free coupons are scanned first and then then $1/1 ones (and that your cashier attaches them to the right items). Done this way it will scan fine, but some stores/cashier might not be willing to try it since it is not specifically addressed in the coupon policy. Let me know if you try it!
